The items are in good condition. The chain fastens with a lobster claw catch. The pendant is hallmarked with sponsor's mark 'CDF', Birmingham, with the millennium mark. The chain is stamped '9K' and in our opinion would test as gold. The earrings are hallmarked with sponsor's mark 'RH' (Rosemary Hetherington), Birmingham. The white stones in the pendant are probably white sapphires. The approximate diamond qualities are; caratweight 0.20, colour H/I/J, clarity SI1/SI2/I1. We are happy to provide Condition Reports to prospective buyers, but would welcome your request as soon as possible, preferably at least 48 hours before the Day of Sale. Regarding Pictures, Prints and Works on Paper, works are not examined out of the frame, unless specifically stated. Tennants Auctioneers do not cover damage to gilded wood or plaster picture frames, or to picture frame glass whilst the item is in our possession.
