Retouching to lower left hand corner with small amount along lower and upper axis. Patch of re-touching and overpainting above the right hand eye of the far right hand terrier and is approx. 0.5 cm by 1 cm. Further patch of retouching approx 1 cm by 4 cm overall within the fur of the same dog approx. centre of body. Some general strengthening to the left hand side of the background and an amount of old craquelure has been disguised and treated particularly within the front half of the white terrier, the fur throughout the central terrier and generally speaking to a lesser extent within the background and foreground. There are varying degrees and sizes to craquelure, with some areas being widely spaced and mostly in line with where later paint has been added. Covered in a layer of dirt and discoloured varnish. Some minor rubbing to left hand side edge. In overall reasonable condition consistent with age.
