A German Four-Piece Silver Tea-Service, by Bruckmann and Sohne, Heilbronn, First Half 20th century, retailed by Posen, one piece further engraved 'H. Paar', each piece plain cylindrical, comprising: a hot water-jug with overhead swing handle; a hot-milk jug, with ivory insulated handle, a cream-jug and a sugar-bowl and cover, engraved with initials 'B.C.O.' below baron's coronet, the kettle 14.5cm high excluding handle, gross weight 28oz 16 dwt (4)

. Each piece marked underneath. There is some surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. There is some discolouration and minor cracking to the ivory. The top ivory insulator on the hot-milk jug lacking. There are a number of bruises and surface unevenness to the hot water-jug and a crack below the finial.
