. The ring is in good condition overall. Three of the eight tiny diamond accents are missing. One claw is missing completely and others are worn. The garnets are scuffed. One has a chip. One of the diamonds is also chipped (beyond age commensurate nibbling). The ring bears no hallmark, nor stamp, but in our opinion it would test as gold. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour H/I/J, clarity SI2/I1/I2. Gross weight 3.0 grams.CR made 6th August 2019

Regarding Pictures, Prints and Works on Paper, works are not examined out of the frame, unless specifically stated. Tennants Auctioneers do not cover damage to gilded wood or plaster picture frames, or to picture frame glass whilst the item is in our possession.
