Antlers/Horns: Blue Sheep or Bharal (Pseudois nayaur nayaur), circa 1855, Northern India, large adult ram horns on upper skull, right horn 58cm (22½"), left horn 54cm (21¼"), widest span 63cm, tip to tip 55cm, mounted upon a hardwood shield, with small attached plaque "64 Burhel 22⅜ X 11¼ X 22", reference within game book entry -"The following 24 specimens were killed by George Greig, late 93rd High's, and sent here in 1899 on the death of Col A.C. Nightingale in whose house there were hanging".
