Taxidermy: A Large Cased Pike (Esox lucius), circa 1884, by J.Bolton, Friendly Street, Deptford, full mount adult Pike, preserved and mounted within a riverbed setting of weeds and grasses, above a pebbled and faux rock riverbed, set against a pale blue painted back drop, enclosed within a large period bow-fronted three-glass ebonised display case with verre eglomise border, 125cm by 21.5cm by 52.5cm, paper label legend to interior upper left, "Pike, caught at Dartford, January 26th 1884, by Mr Butler, landed by Mr J.W. Freeman, weight 16lb 13oz"
