Healey Motor Car Interest: A Late Victorian Mahogany Partner's Desk, circa 1900, formerly the property of Geoffrey Healey and Donald Mitchell Healey deceased, used at the Donald Healey Motor Company, Warwick, throughout the production of the Healey sports cars and then by Geoffrey at his home in Barford until his death in 1994, the top with leather writing surface and moulded edge above three frieze drawers with cupboard doors below, the opposing side with a long frieze drawer flanked by eight graduated drawers, on a plinth base, 152cm by 114cm by 79cm, with photocopy of a letter writing by Margo Healey dated 2002 confirming provenance of the desk, previously sold by Bigwood Auctioneers Ltd in Warwickshire
