The brooch is in good condition. It fastens with a pin and revolver catch. It is hallmarked with an unclear sponsor's mark, London (import), 1985. The approximate qualites of the diamonds are; caratweight 0.12, colour H/I/J, clarity SI1/SI2/I1. Gross weight 5.2 grams. CR made 16th April 2015

Regarding Pictures, Prints and Works on Paper, works are not examined out of the frame, unless specifically stated. Tennants Auctioneers do not cover damage to gilded wood or plaster picture frames, or to picture frame glass whilst the item is in our possession.
