each on hexafoil base with shell corners, the baluster stems terminate in spool-shaped socket and with detachable hexafoil nozzle, engraved with a coat-of-arms

Each fully marked under base. The sockets further marked with maker's mark and lion passant. The nozzles each marked with lion passant and one further marked with maker's mark. The marks underneath are generally clear. There is wear to the marks on the sockets, particularly the maker's mark which is only partially visible on one. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. The wear is noticeable as a softening to the high points and engraving. One base rocks very slightly when placed on a flat surface.
