each piece tapering lobed, one side with a larger vacant cartouche and the other with a smaller vacant cartouche, each surrounded by foliage and flowers on a matted ground, each with leaf-capped scroll handle, comprising a teapot, with ivory-insulated handle; a cream-jug and a sugar-bowl

Each piece fully marked underneath. The teapot further part marked on handle, inside cover and on finial. The marks have some minor wear, particularly on the handle but in general are still legible. There is some overall surface scratching, wear and minor bruises, consistent with age and use. There have been erasures to the cartouches with some surface unevenness in these areas and with a patch visible to the larger cartouche on the teapot. There is some cracking and discolouration to the ivory insulators on the teapot which do not appear to have been added or altered in any way.
