. All pieces are in fair condition with dings throughout. The larger brooch appears to be lacking a locket compartment to the reverse. The two smaller brooches are likely to have been adapted. The larger and one of the smaller brooches fasten with a pin and hook catch, the other smaller one with a pin and revolver catch. They bear no hallmark nor stamp but in our opinion would test as gold. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour I/J/K, clarity I1/I2/I3. Gross weight 18.0 grams. CR made 27.07.20.

Regarding Pictures, Prints and Works on Paper, works are not examined out of the frame, unless specifically stated. Tennants Auctioneers do not cover damage to gilded wood or plaster picture frames, or to picture frame glass whilst the item is in our possession.
