DERBY:R.; Memorial Plaque to CYRIL HUBERT MURPHY (Middlesex Regiment); and British War Medal and Victory Medal awarded to 31715 PTE.G.(Gerald) J.MURPHY, G.GDS., with his dog tags, cap badge and various buttons, contained in a glazed display frame, with photocopies of 1911 Census and War Graves Commission certificates etc.
Footnote:- the 1911 Census records the above as being of nine children aged between 2 and 15 years of age to their mother Mary Agnes Murphy, age 44 years.
