. The locket and chain are in fair condition. Dings and dents throughout the locket and appears to be a potential area of solder repair near the loop. The hinge on the locket is in good working order. It fastens with a bolt ring catch. Chain with applied plaque stamped '15C', locket unmarked but in our opinion would test as gold. Gross weight 6.0 grams. (locket - 2.60 grams).

Regarding Pictures, Prints and Works on Paper, works are not examined out of the frame, unless specifically stated. Tennants Auctioneers do not cover damage to gilded wood or plaster picture frames, or to picture frame glass whilst the item is in our possession.
