Taxidermy: Two Cased Black-Headed Gulls (Larus ridibundus), by John Cooper & Sons, Radnor St, London, a full mount immature male in first winter plumage with head turning to the right, stood upon painted faux rockwork, amidst a natural setting of dry grasses and fauna, set against a painted and pebbled rockscape back drop, enclosed within a typical ebonised three-glass display case with verre eglomise border, 40.5cm by 19.5cm by 35.5cm, together with another identical case containing a full mount adult female, (2).
