The sale, along with many interesting intact collections and accumulations, features the philatelic estate of a British Commonwealth enthusiast with highlights being mint multiples from a major 'provenance' sale and his main collections of Canada and Gibraltar. The Postcards section includes excellent focused albums of local Yorkshire regions, Teesside, Stockton, Norton, etc, as well as colourful and unusual specialised collections on themes of Golf and Billiards.
