Taxidermy: Himalayan Tahr (Hemitragus jemlahicus), circa 1855, Northern India, adult head mount on home made shield, right horn 37.5cm (14½"), left horn 36.5cm (14¼"), tip to tip 14.5cm (5¾"), from the wall 30cm, height 41cm, with small attached plaque to verso - 59 Greig, Thar 14½" X 9" girth X 5¾ from tip of top horn", reference within game book entry -"The following 24 specimens were killed by George Greig, late 93rd High's, and sent here in 1899 on the death of Col A.C. Nightingale in whose house there were hanging".

To include a collection of Indian and European Game Trophies from Kilberry Castle, Argyll. Many of the trophies date from the second half of the 19th century, with rare and historical specimens including Asian Water Buffalos, Astor Markhors, Bengal Tigers, Indian Leopards and Himalayan Tahr.
