John Murray, 1960, first edition, signed by the author on mounted slip, dust jacket (priced 16s., chipped and a little stained, press cutting to title verso). The dust jacket refers to a signed limited edition, however this copy is not numbered and therefore appears to be a signed trade edition;
idem, Autograph Letter Signed, from John Betjeman to the Asst. Librarian at Durham University, 24th August 1973, 'Oh how sad, & how ignorant of me. I forgot who told me about the missals being at Durham', part typescript, part autograph, ink on paper, single folded sheet;
