Various Oriental items including; 18th century Chinese tea pot, tea bowls of similar date, a Japanese cloisonne vase, kutani bowl, Chinese vase and cover, Chinese carved root wood figure and various hardwood stands etc (on three trays)

. Sugar bowl decorated with black and white birds - couple of chips to upper rim, rubbing to the painted decoration, incised mark to the base. Matching cream jug - lip has been re-glued, chip to the upper rim and rubbing to the decoration. Similar style bisque teapot - lid has broken, chips to the spout, slight rubbing. Teapot decorated with Oriental figures - the spout has been restored, chip to upper rim, decoration rubbed and some discolouration and a large quantity of pitting overall, cover has been restored. Tea bowl and saucer decorated with two figures - the saucer is crazed overall, hairline crack to underside, some small chips to the upper rim. Tea bowl - two hairline cracks, discolouration and wear. Ribbed tea cup - decoration rubbed, especially the gilt detailing. Tea bowl with figures and butterfly - hairline crack to underside, pitting, rubbing and wear. Small tea bowl with figures and dog - hairline crack, chip to upper rim and rubbing overall. Regarding Pictures, Prints and Works on Paper, works are not examined out of the frame, unless specifically stated. Tennants Auctioneers do not cover damage to gilded wood or plaster picture frames, or to picture frame glass whilst the item is in our possession.
