Please note amendment from printed catalogue this is the Walnut chest on chest. Front of the chess is reasonable. Some previous restoration/repairs. Later brasses. Some deep scratches to drawer fronts and sections of cross banding replaced. The two deep drawers to base are misshapen. The end panels which are pine vary in colour and are stained (dark colour). Various signs of old decay. The apron at front has a section of walnut veneer missing.

Regarding Pictures, Prints and Works on Paper, works are not examined out of the frame, unless specifically stated. Tennants Auctioneers do not cover damage to gilded wood or plaster picture frames, or to picture frame glass whilst the item is in our possession.
