Armitstead, Taxidermy, Darlington, Co Durham, a high quality full mount female perched atop a twisted branch, above soil covered floating groundwork, amidst a natural setting of gorse and fern leaves, set against a watercolour painted meadow scene back drop, enclosed within an oak framed wall hanging five-glass display case, 18.5cm 7.5cm by 23.5cm excluding outer frame, signed and dated to interior lower right, taxidermist's full paper trade label to verso.
