Entomology/Coleoptera: A Large Collection of Beetles & Moths, circa mid-late 20th century, by Deyrolle, Paris, a superb quality collection of over six hundred and eighty various Beetle and Moth specimens, the majority with comprehensive data labels, contained within various sized glazed entomology boxes, smallest 26cm by 6cm by 19.5cm, largest 39cm by 6cm by 26cm, five cases with Deyrolle trade labels to verso, (qty).

Deyrolle was established in 1831 by Jean-Baptiste Deyrolle who was succeeded by his son Achille. Deyrolle is a reference in the field of taxidermy, various birds beasts and mammals from all over the world can be found at Deyrolle with only a few exceptions, no animal was killed to be mounted: the non-domestic species were sourced from zoos and parks where they died from illness or old age. They are traceable and protected species all conform to CITES regulations
