Reasonably light surface dirt and discoloured varnish, general scuffing/abrasions to the outer edges with some associated losses, upper right hand side, left hand side and lower right hand side, left hand side. Canvas slightly loose on stretcher, areas of the surface bear some chalky residue, odd very small and minor and stable areas of craquelure, small patch of paint missing on open cottage door at top of central plant no more than 0.5mm diam, otherwise in good condition. Signature possibly strengthened/added.
