There are a further 3-5 further small infills to the right hand side of her wig and another 3-5 further retouched small scale spots of re-touching within the background on the right hand side and at her left hand side shoulder and collar. The has been some minor strengthening to the lower edge and there are two isolated patches of re-touching in the lower left hand corner towards the lower edge. Two shadows on her chin have been strengthened. Subtle stretcher shadow. Vertical loss in lower left hand corner edge approx 3cms from the corner and approx 1 cm in length. Fine stable craquelure turoughout. Essentially fair to good condition. The reference to Bentink Collection is written to the reverse of the frame.
