A Gilt Metal and Porcelain Mounted Striking Mantel Clock with Garniture, circa 1890, surmounted with an urn finial, rams head and floral corners, blue porcelain panels depicting landscape figural scenes and floral decoration, porcelain dial with Roman numerals, twin barrel movement striking on a bell, movement backplate numbered 3163 and stamped Japy Freres, 32.5cm high, together with a pair of later matched gilt metal and porcelain ewer garniture, 27cm high

24.08.18, Gilt surfaces are slightly faded, porcelain surfaces with the gilt decoration rubbed, some panels with the enamel dots around the outer borders lacking in parts, dial Roman numerals are faded and gilt decoration is rubbed in parts, winding holes with chips, later added back door, movement needs cleaning, strike is working, in going order, later pendulum, later matched garniture with one crack positioned under on of the central painted panels, gilding is rubbed and enamel dot decoration is lacking in parts.
