A 19th Century Needlework Panel, depicting a boy wearing a blue tunic with his arm around a large sitting hound wearing a red collar, surrounded by foliage, 40.5cm by 39cm; together with a 19th Century Sampler, by Elizabeth Kitvel***, undated, worked with an alphabet followed by a religious verse, followed by various potted and un-potted flowers, some with birds atop, 43cm by 41cm

. Needlework (boy and hound) - in overall good condition, painted detail to boy's eyes which may indicate a loss underneath, small stitch loss/incomplete above dog's eye. Elizabeth sampler - fading to some of the lighter lettering, various losses to stitching, particularly apparent in the verse, losses to the name and therefore surname illegible. Ground with discolouration, holes and fading.
