A Fine Lady's 18ct Gold Enamel Diamond Set Keyless Fob/Pendant Watch with the Original Enamel and Pearl Chain, signed Patek Philippe & Cie, Geneve, number 136561, circa 1908, lever movement numbered 136561, split bimetallic balance, wolf's tooth winding wheels, enamel dial with Arabic numerals and signed, pierced hands, case covers with white enamel outer borders, back cover with green guilloche enamel and gold coloured floral and scroll decoration, set with two lines of diamonds and a central single diamond, inside back cover stamped with maker's mark PPCo, numbered 244703 and 0.750 for 18ct gold, cuvette signed and numbered and engraved with initials and dated, 28mm wide, with the original green enamel and pearl watch/pendant chain

18.01.19, The white enamel bezel with minor chips in parts, case back edges with green enamel missing between the 2 and 4 o'clock position and the 6 and 8 o'clock positions, cuvette with engraved initials and dated 1910, dial with minor scratches, hand setting correctly and winding smoothly, movement in going order, chain with three enamel links with enamel missing in parts, the end loop attached to the fob bow with minor chips to the enamel.
