With ranges of Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados with 1938 set to 5/- mint, British Honduras, Falklands, Fiji to £1, Hong Kong, India with revenues, Kuwait KGVI to 5 rupees, Orange River Colony 1d in mint block of 30, Somaliland and Swaziland mint KGVI to top values, Malaya, Trinidad, Tonga etc. Then later QE2 to high values.
