Taxidermy: A Large Cased Diorama of European Otters (Lutra lutra), by John Cooper & Sons, 28 Radnor Street, St Luke's, London, a pair of full mounts with a fish prey, one climbing upon a riverbank with mouth agape in aggressive pose, the other below standing above mirrored pools of simulated water, amidst a natural riverbank setting with grit and shale covered groundwork, reeds and tall grasses to the rear, set against a pale blue painted back board, enclosed within a typical ebonised bow fronted three-glass display case with verre eglomise border, 110.5cm by 49.5cm by 77.5cm, taxidermist's full paper trade label to interior upper left
