Mirabeau-Tonneau (translated as "the wine barrel," and note that the character to the left is seated on such a barrel), was Andre-Boniface-Louis, Vicomte de Mirabeau (1754 to 1792), the brother of the great orator, the son of the economist, and one of the leading Royalists in the Assemblée
