Taxidermy: A Cased Diorama of British Birds, circa 1900, by James Hutchings, Taxidermy, Aberystwyth, a full mount Tawny Owl perched upon a painted faux rock ledge, a female Common Kestrel to the left side perched on the same ledge, a Ring-Necked Pheasant cock bird below stood upon a painted faux rock, above blackened groundwork, amidst a natural setting of ferns, tall grasses and fauna, set against a watercolour painted evening sky back board, enclosed within a typical large ebonised three-glass display case with gilded moulding, 86cm by 20cm by 68cm
