Lethaby, W.R. A collection of works by Lethaby inc.: Architecture, Mysticism & Myth (1892); Leadwork (1893); London Before the Conquest (1902); Medieval Art (1904); Westminster Abbey and the Antiquities of the Coronation (1911); Architecture (1911); Form in Civilization (1922, along with 1936 and 1957 editions); Londinium Architecture and the Crafts (1923); Home and Country Arts (1930); and Architecture, Nature and Magic (1956). Lethaby was a hugely influential architect and historian and his ideas were drawn on by the Arts and Crafts and Modernist movements. Despite the esoteric sounding books in the collection he emphasised good, honest building and thus helped make explicit the implicit functionalism of Pugin and Ruskin. With five other duplicates [17]
