A collection of dairy related metal wares and pottery including a small oval lidded churn and cover impressed Hoar and Dunbrill (7)

Pottery jar - label is good but it has not been put on straight. There ia a firing crack and a firing fault and a large crack running throughout the body, some small chips to the base and general wear. Maypole Dairy Company Ltd - the labelling is OK, there is a small chip to the upper rim, a couple of small nibbles to the rim and some general rubbing and wear. Handle OK. Cream flask - appears to have been resoldered in several places, there are no dents to the body only to the pouring lip. Milk Ladle - Impressed Gill, with a series of numbers impressed to neck, with some re-soldering around handle, a couple of small dents. Dairy can with brass handle - handle has been resoldered where the brass strap on the side is. brass mount to cover also resoldered. Some resoldering to the side of the base also. Churn - label to front J W Gunn Ironmonger & Tinman Scunthorpe, initiialled to brass plaque at top JPS, some resoldering, some splits to the base, the underside of the cover is torn and the edges are very ragged.
