Pastel, together with a pair of further pastels, likely to be by the same hand, depicting a young child feeding a clutch of rabbits and another of a compatible subject matter, 56.5cm dia. and 31.5cm dia. respectively (3) (oval)

. Child with rabbits - Small tear/pushmark just right of centre approx 0.5cm from top edge and less than 0.5cm across. Small tear/crease upper left hand edge approx 0.5cm in length. Relatively pronounced cockling across sheet. Notable surface dirt. Some taking a speckled formation particularly throughout the slightly lighter pastel tones within the upper background. Minor abrasion to some outer edges. Otherwise in a fair state of preservation. Child with hen - Hole to upper centre edge (more substantial than pin hole). Significant surface dirt and apparent speckling/foxing mostly concentrated/apparent within the flesh tones and paler pastel colours of the upper half. Very subtle cockling. Sheather - Significant surface dirt with consistent dark speckling/foxing (more apparent within the lighter pastel tones). General staining to mount. No evidence of cockling. Not examined out of the frame. Otherwise in reasonable condition. Some light rubbing to edges.
