Lot 43 of 153: A South Devon Militia Medal of Merit 1799, the obverse with a trophy of arms enclosed by a wreath, with circumscription, 'TO THE SOUTH DEVON MILITIA IN TESTIMONY OF MERIT 1799', the reverse with the Arms of Waterford, 31mm, with a small oval ring suspender, the reverse showing signs of brooching.
