Enclosing coloured silks in stripes, brocades, checks, tartans, cut velvets, floral and abstract designs

150 double sided pages, the samples are varying in sizes, approximately 4,050 samples and less than 3% are missing, first handwritten title, Automne 1921, last date in the ledger is 31.8.26, also includes two pieces of J Claude Frères & Co headed paper with attached samples, one is titled Carnival de Nice, 1927 and the other Carnaval de Nice 1925
In a black and brown mottled paper mounted ledger, stamped in ink to inside front cover Archives Bianchini-Ferier, labelled to the front Claude 1921 and also to the spine (broken)
