A First World War Gallantry Group of Three Medals, comprising Military Cross, Order of Leopold (Belgium) Officer Class, military with crossed swords, in silver an enamel with pink ribbon, cased, and a Belgian Croix de Guerre with oak leaf, together with the corresponding miniatures including 1914 Star, British War Medal and Victory Medal; also, a silver and enamel presentation medal, the obverse applied with the enamelled Coat of Arms of the city of Leeds, the reverse engraved L.T.C. 19289 MEN'S GARMENT CUTTING, CHRIS.H.RICHARDSON, cased and a loose mounted 1977 crown Footnote:-there is no real provenance to the medals, but they may have something to do with the name Speight or Richardson.
