In the enclosure some light surface dirt. Un mounted. Pin holes to corners of the backboard. Three holes centre of top, one to centre of top edge and two within the trees. Hole centre of bottom edge. Black mark to the bottom of the peach dress, lower right. Areas of shrinkage within the dark green paint and brown, especially to the centre of the lower section of the painting and to areas of the trees. (all unframed)

Regarding Pictures, Prints and Works on Paper, works are not examined out of the frame, unless specifically stated. Tennants Auctioneers do not cover damage to gilded wood or plaster picture frames, or to picture frame glass whilst the item is in our possession.
