A 17th Century Joined Oak, Parquetry and Marquetry Inlaid Wainscot Armchair, Leeds region, the back support above an arched panel with S shaped carving around a central panel with flowers and birds, the later boarded seat above a lunette carved seat rail, on gun barrel legs with block feet and a peripheral stretcher, 60cm by 54cm by 103cm

Later boarded seat. Back panel with fine split and front arm supports with fine splits also. Typical old decay around stretchers and block feet. Rear stretcher and side stretcher replaced? Carved seat rail with small losses. Structure good and some very slight movement in the back board if being critical.
